Turkey Trot Inline Rules
- All rules are in addition to AAU Hockey rules. All games are no-check.
- The AAU Zero Tolerance Policy is in effect for players, coaches, fans and officials.
- Fighting results in being ejected from further tournament play.
- All major penalties result in a one game suspension.
- Any player who receives 3 penalties in a game receives a game misconduct and is given an additional one game suspension.
- Goalies must wear In-line Skates.
- Tape is not allowed on the stick blade except for one strip across the blade.
- All players under 18 must wear a helmet designed for hockey WITH full face-mask, elbow pads, gloves designed for hockey or lacrosse, hockey shin guards and In-line Skates. All skates must have a complete set of wheels.
- Players 18 & older do not have to wear a face mask.
- Black "mylec" shin guards are NOT allowed unless they are covered with clothing.
- There is no icing or off sides.
- All players must wear matching colored jerseys with numbers.
- Minor penalties are 2 minutes, major penalties are 5 minutes and misconducts are 10 minutes.
Proof of Age Required
All teams must have copies of birth certificates or photo i.d.'s available at registration.
