Spring '12 Captains Meeting - Monday April 9th 7:00pm in the Hat Trick Club
All teams must have a representative present and be paid in FULL!
Location:
185' x 85' Sportcourt Gardens & Stadium Rinks
# Games:
11-17 Possible (depending on league size): 10 regular-season games, plus one playoff game guaranteed!
Playoffs:
Semi-final playoff series are best of 2 (with mini-game). Championship series are best of three.
Overtime:
Regular season games which end in a tie will feature a three minute sudden death overtime and a three man shootout. Just like the NHL, teams which lose in overtime still earn one point while winners earn two.

B, C, D, E, F & Z

Maximum of 45
Clock:
Three 15-minute running time periods with clock stop in the final two minutes of a game which is within two goals.
Ages:
18 years and older. Any team playing with players younger than 18 years of age will be removed from the league and all fees forfeited.
Ball/ Puck:
All divisions are played with a puck.
Officials:
We supply officials and scorekeeping.
Statistics:
We keep individual player and goaltender statistics.
Jerseys:
All players must wear matching colored jerseys with numbers.
Awards:
The winning team from each division receives the Island Sports Center "Island Cup" and is yours to keep!!!
Rosters:
Rosters are limited to 20 players and must be submitted by the Captain's meeting. Each skater must play in three games to be eligible for the playoffs.
Rules:
Standard AAU rules apply. There is no off sides or icing.
Team Fee:
$1,095 per team, with $200 deposit required to hold your spot.
Spring teams MUST be paid in full by the Captain's meeting Monday April 9th to be placed on the schedule.
Registration:

- Call the front desk at 412-397-4454 and make a deposit over the phone by credit card.
- Print and mail the registration form located to the left to the ISC along with a check.
- Stop by the front desk or hockey dept. to fill out a registration form and pay with cash, credit, or check.
Special League Rules:
- All players must be 18 years old to play in the Adult League.
- Fighting results in a three game suspension. Any player who receives 4 penalties in a game receives a game misconduct. Game misconduct penalties result in an automatic one game suspension.
- Goalies must wear In-line skates.
- All players must wear a helmet designed for hockey, elbow pads, gloves designed for hockey or lacrosse, hockey shin guards and In-line skates.
