Paper and Session Deadlines

• Abstracts or Full paper submission:  March 1, 2012
• Acceptance notification:   Within one week of submission
• Completed papers must be submitted by March 15th, 2012 in order to be published in the Conference Proceedings.

Papers must be submitted electronically as an MS Word document. Please check the following link and follow this format.
The papers will be peer-reviewed and published on a CD-ROM with the ISBN designation.
Papers and abstracts must conform to the APA format guidelines. 

Registration and Lodging

• Registration Fee before March 15, 2012: $50
• Registration after March 15, 2012: $75
• Student Reservation Fee: Free
• Hotel Reservations before March 15, 2012: $80 (plus 7% state and 7% local taxes; single or double)
• Hotel Reservations after  March 15, 2012: Current price and availability
• Participates must make their own hotel reservation after March 25th, 2012
